YOU ARE PREPARED, at MSU for one day only, guides visitors through a series of movement-controlled games to help them realize their most optimized self. YOU ARE PREPARED was created by artist Allison Berkoy in collaboration with students in the Emerging Media Technology (MTEC) program in New York City.
