Join the Beal Botanical Garden and MSU Museum on March 27, 2024 from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm to learn about and forage this plant, one of the earliest to emerge in the spring. Participants will learn how to identify the plant, harvest it, and make a chickweed salad to sample.
