ABOUT

Arts4U, an on-campus arts strategy, is teaming up with MSU Student Made, an entrepreneurial group empowering student businesses, to launch a collaborative series at MSU’s STEM Building. This initiative seeks to merge artistic expression with entrepreneurial endeavors, offering a space for student creativity and innovation at STEM.
Facilitated by MSU’s Burgess Institute, Student Made focuses on nurturing entrepreneurial skills among students, supporting 25 student-run businesses in their growth and development. Through the support of MSU’s Arts and Collections Department, Arts4U aims to create a welcoming environment for students interested in the arts, hosting various engaging pop-up events such as live musical performances, open mic sessions, and interactive art activities.
The collaborative effort will be hosted weekly in the STEM Building from 11AM to 2PM throughout the Spring Semester. Each week, 2-3 Student Made businesses will showcase and market their work in the main lobby. This series aims to highlight the significance of artistic endeavors in innovative spaces like the STEM Building, and foster relationships between entrepreneurship and artistic expression.
