Love, Linda: The Life of Mrs. Cole Porter uses the indelible music and lyrics of Cole Porter to tell the story of Linda Lee Thomas whose marriage to the writer inspired some of the greatest songs of all time. In this one-person musical with a book by Stevie Holland and Gary William Friedman (also arrangements), the musical examines the complex marriage between Cole Porter who was gay and their thirty-five year relationship. The musical includes some of Porter’s best-known songs such as Wunderbar, So in Love, Let’s Misbehave, and more. MFA Actor Katie Clemons stars. Admission is free. The shows take place October 13th & 14th at 8 p.m. in Studio 60 inside MSU Auditorium.
