Artist-Faculty and Guest Recital Series sponsored by WKAR.
The Covert Ensemble, featuring guest saxophonists Dave Camwell and Kateřina Pavlíková accompanied by pianist Tingting Yao, will open the concert with three specially commissioned works created by an international consortium of nearly onehundred saxophonists. The program will conclude with Pavlíková’s own arrangement of Dance of the Comedians by Czech composer Bedřich Smetana.
